A popular property radio show is to return to the airwaves on LBC later today, and will be broadcast every Thursday from 9:00pm – 10:00pm for 13 weeks.
‘The Property Hour’, which is sponsored by Direct Line Landlord Insurance, will once again be hosted by Clive Bull who will be discussing housing issues and trends with various property market analysts and commentators, including Kate Faulkner.
“I’m delighted to be featured on ‘The Property Hour’ show this season,” said Faulkner. “The amount of engagement with the programme this spring testifies to the relevance of landlord issues and I hope to be able to help answer listeners’ questions, solving their property problems and making sure they secure the right expert help.”
The programme will feature interviews with leading experts from the property market, relevant news items from the week and a short dedicated weekly sponsored feature that will focus on specific issues facing landlords. Listeners can phone in with their questions and join the debate on Twitter using #LBCPropertyHour.
LBC is Britain’s first commercial news talk radio station with 1.7 million people tuning in every week. A podcast of the show will be available for download the day after broadcast.
Clive Bull, radio talk show host at LBC, said: “‘The Property Hour’ with Direct Line was one of the most successful sponsored hours we’ve had at LBC. We know from the amount of calls we received that the show became one of the busiest hours of the week on LBC”. For the next 13 weeks, we’ll continue to provide practical advice for listeners and tackle a wide range of issues.”
