The Cambridge and L&G team up to offer landlords more choice

Cambridge Building Society has joined forces with Legal & General Mortgage Club to offer its buy-to-let range to landlords across England and Wales.

The Cambridge has been heavily investing since 2015 in IT infrastructure, processes and people needed to support higher levels of lending, and this new agreement with Legal & General Mortgage Club is part of the firm’s growing mortgage.

Cambridge head of lending Tracy Simpson said: “Recent improvements to our buy-to-let lending criteria and a comprehensive range of products, demonstrate we’re committed to the private rental market and helping people have a home.”
