Bexley’s annual Landlords Meeting will be held next week at the Hall Place & Gardens.
The aim of the event, which takes place on Thursday 18 July at 10.30am, is to provide local landlords with the support and information they need to help let their property in the borough, to hear any concerns that they may have and introduce them to the council’s Rent it Right Cash Incentive Scheme.
With the Rent it Right Cash Incentive Scheme landlords can earn up to £8,000 cash bonuses in addition to rental payments as well as receiving cover for rent arrears and damages. Properties in London and Kent can be considered under the scheme.
