New editor takes over at Landlord Today

There’s a new editor of Landlord Today - Graham Norwood, currently editor of sister publications Letting Agent Today and Estate Agent Today.

Graham is also currently Property Journalist of the Year from the most recent annual Property Press Awards.

He takes over from Marc Da Silva, who was editor since mid-2016.

Marc has been an award-winning freelance property writer for 16 years and has been a prominent voice reporting the industry, working at The Negotiator and new homes publications before he joined Landlord Today; he has also written about residential and commercial property markets for a wide range of local, national and international publications.

“One of the comments on Landlord Today said Marc would be a hard act to follow and that's absolutely right. He has built up the readership to be far greater than it was at the start of his reign” says Graham.

“My brief will be to continue his great work covering the fast and frequent regulation and legislation changes that have been part and parcel of the landlord scene in recent years, and to be a cheerleader for landlords who have received far too much negative comment outside of the industry” he continues.

“Expect to see more stories and guidance for landlords - whether or not they use lettings agents - and some weekend features as well.”

Landlord Today, LAT and EAT, as well as Property Investor Today, are all published by Angels Media; everyone from the company sends their thanks to Marc, and good wishes for the future.
