The monthly podcast will be hosted by NRLA chief executive Ben Beadle and veteran broadcaster and NRLA regional representative Richard Blanco.

Episode one looks at a range of subjects including the Renters’ Reform Bill - expected to be presented to the House of Commons in the near future - plus recent calls to the NRLA advice line, and tips interior designer and TV presenter, Sian Astley.

“With more than 10m people in the UK listening to podcasts each week, it’s a great way to get our voice out there, to support members and to share landlords’ experiences” explains Beadle.

“As we move further into 2021, we look forward to working with expert guests to create a valuable and entertaining podcast for landlords, to encourage debate and conversation on issues affecting us all” he adds.

Listen Up Landlords will be available soon on all popular podcast platforms including Apple podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts as well as the NRLA websie.
