Investor in defunct online agency becomes NRLA keynote speaker

A former figurehead from TV’s Dragon’s Den is addressing landlords late this year at the National Residential Landlords Association landlord conference.

James Caan - now chief executive of Hamilton Bradshaw Private Equity - put substantial sums into the ill-fated online agency Emoov in 2013, but is now a keynote speaker at this November’s event.

The Landlord Conference is a one-day event that brings you a wealth of information and practical guidance on impending legislative impacts, property investment, financing, and more. There will also be the chance to network with other landlords and letting agents and get onsite advice, guidance, and special offers from a range of exhibitors. Keep an eye on our news centre and social media feeds for more exciting speaker announcements.

Last year's conference sold out, with delegates praising the ‘professional delivery’ and 'up-to-date and highly relevant' subject matter.
