An event being held this month is aiming to help private landlords in part of Wales transform their properties into energy-efficient, cost-saving homes.
The Caerphilly Landlord Energy Conference 2024 is being hosted by Caerphilly County Borough Council and will take place over two sessions at 2pm – 4pm or 6pm – 8pm on Thursday 27th Juneat Llancaiach Fawr Manor, Treharris, CF46 6ER.
During the event, attendees will have opportunities to gain insights from leading experts, connect with fellow landlords, discover tools, resources and incentives to implement energy saving solutions and stay informed about the latest regulations.

Ah yes, they want to teach us to suck eggs having spent years in Universities getting brain washed and inventing soft high paid do nothing jobs for themselves & crippling us. Why do they do a proper days work that might help the economy instead of sponging off landlords.

Justify to me why councils and housing associations were to be exempt from the proposed EPC rules yet private landlords expected to conform - under threat of financial penalties?
Fact is they won’t justify it!
One rule for them multi rules for us! It needs to change!
