Entrepreneur and former star of TV show Dragon’s Den James Caan will be the keynote speaker at the National Residential Landlords Association conference on November 6.
Hosted by Nick Knowles, presenter of popular shows such as DIY SOS, the one-day event will takes place at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham, and will include a packed programme featuring a range of expert speakers who will address delegates on issues including legislation change, financing, property investment advice, and much more.
High-profile industry figures such as Zoopla statistics guru Richard Donnell, TV eviction expert Paul Shamplina, and Accidental Female Developer Instagram influencer Charlotte Edwards will be on hand.
There will also be the opportunity for delegates to meet other landlords and agents, share experiences, and pick up advice and offers from a range of exhibitors who are supporting the event.
The conference welcomes anyone with an interest in private rented housing, from landlords with just one property, to those with larger portfolios, property investors, and letting agency owners and staff.
This year's Landlord Conference will run from 9am to 4.30pm, with tickets priced at £160 for NRLA members and £264 for non-members, including lunch.

I have never been to such conferences and unlikely to go now probably in the future. My hard money would not go towards paying those people or NRLA. They are there to teach and lecture us how to be a landlord, all the legislation, etc. In other words, how to suck eggs. No thanks.
