Really pleased that the landlord won this case. Sad that he could only claim £5,000 being the maximum allowed for the programme. I was very frustrated however that information about the Housing Act given was incorrect. Judge Rinder said that the landlord was correct to use Section 21 to evict a tenant rather than use a Section 8 notice citing Grounds 8, 10 and 11. Important in such programmes to give correct information. Deposit protection information was also incorrect.
