Two of the UK’s highest profile animal welfare organisations want the government to introduce better protection for responsible tenants with pets. Thats fine and I'm intrigued as to how legislation will cover the responsible types whilst barring the others.

I have a tenant in Doncaster with a nightmare neighbour housed by Doncaster Council. My tenant has made formal complaints to the council about their tenants anti social behaviour many times and absolutely nothing has been done. Their final word on the subject was to suggest that my tenant move instead. Not even a hint of integrity.

How about these think tank people are offered employment contracts where they are committed to turn up for two years but their employer can cut off their income at a moments notice and make them spend their last few months income before they can get another job? Thought not.
