This mayor is the most pointless and useless mayor i have seen in 20 years i have been in london. He bankrupted tlf and blame other, he doesnt know how to manage a business himself. He keeps pointling blame at everyone and everything without understanding himself.. Besides rent freezes why on earth is trying to expand road charges!!! And what the heck is doing with those money!

This can be say also for lender. Why dont they go after lender that are more discriminatory then discriminators. No matter how people pay than they should give a mortgage?? If shelter is so concerned then they should take the onerous of paying LL a year in advance and they can get the money from tenant. Of course no admin fees should apply.

It should not be our job to do right to rent!! We are not a police force. To me if a person is on UK soils should be fine to me. It is the police and govt failure to check, monitor, act and enforce law upon non compliant people. Toct should pay us to so right to rent.

It is our properties and we decide whether we want a pet or not. I like pet but i am afraid the properties will have a pet odour that other new tenants might not appreciate. Also need to change carpets and maybe all the tapestry You can say the same for smoker. Are they willing to pay £1000s in cleaning and removal of odour, something nearly impossible?

Hey David Crisp. You have been imposed rules, imposed taxes, impose laws... and you still think you live in a "free" country?? Can you check how many timea you have whinges when a new tax come to force?? So dont call free country. Just because you are free to say what you like, i dont think you should offend people that are less fortunate. Yes i agree many people on benefits are doing little for themselves. But many are live in area and cities were there is little to do. . Look at the travel sector. Many will face fierce competition to go back to work! And if i was them, i definitely ask for support to get by until market rebalanced So don't call everyone "scroungers" If you have done well in life, coach someone else it will feel good that way.
