A very thin article. Does it matter if they do not get on, is it about being professional?

I work quite closely with the guys at www.evictmytenantlimited.co.uk who have seen a huge increase in requests for tenant removals directly due to the tax changes. I think the tax changes will allow some landlords the opportunity to increase their rents and make more money. However, many smaller landlords will just have to pass on the cost to their tenants. I still fail to see the logic in the governments decision.

Is it me or are some of these articles more about increasing the awareness of the company that has done the research? I wonder if Cover4LetProperty paid for the article?

From my limited knowledge I agree with Johns comments it is a system for HMRC to place closer and less time consuming inspections on the sole trader, ensuring they gain as much tax as possible.

Why is it only Wakefield Council that are clamping down on this legislation? Surely it should be all local authorities that are clamping down?

Is this at the request of the government to help with their aim of trying to make more people buy their own homes rather than renting?
