I run my own lettings agency in Warrington and also run a property solutions company. I have been involved in property for a number of years as a landlord/investor and now as a multiple business owner. I like to think about property in a creative way, and really that's the reason I set up my property solutions company, whereby we target motivated sellers and link them with investors up and down the U.K. My letting agency has a few added extras by the way of being able to guarantee yields and returns to landlords with zero risk involved. Arrears was always a problem for me as a landlord so I wanted to combat that when I set up my own agency. I like to think I'm a down to earth friendly, approachable guy who has a passion for property and a passion to help others succeed in property.
