My role at City of Lincoln Council involves ensuring that privately rented homes and Houses in Multiple Occupation meet current standards and are a healthy and safe housing option for local people. Outside work, I volunteer with the Scout Association and participate in Triathlon events.

After 12 years working as an ARLA qualified lettings manager, I have held a number of roles in private sector housing at Lincoln and West Lindsey district councils, where I have gained expertise in housing disrepair, houses in multiple occupation and empty homes. I am a voting member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and an associate member of the Institute of Leadership and Management.
