Just Landlords’ Landlord Hero Competition – Ask Your Tenants to Nominate You!

Whilst landlords often get a bad reputation for providing sub-standard accommodation, dodgy tenancy agreements or a multitude of other problems, there is undoubtedly some great landlords out there, providing high quality accommodation and great service. As such, the experts at Just Landlords Insurance Services believe that there is an unsung #LandlordHero or lettings agent out there.

As such, they are launching a new competition to name this year’s #LandlordHero. Any tenant can enter if they live in the UK, and there are generous prizes to be won:

• 1st place: x1 £250 Amazon voucher for the entrant and x1 £250 Amazon voucher for their nominated landlord

• 2nd place: x1 £100 Amazon voucher for the entrant

• 3rd place: x1 £50 Amazon voucher for the entrant

The competition is open to all people who rent accommodation. You could write about your letting agent too, whether you rent short or long-term, or live in a house, flat, bungalow (or anything in between). Read more details about the competition on the Just Landlords Blog.

Just Landlords is looking to hear about your real-life experiences with a great landlord. You could write about anything from how attentive and responsive they are, to the way they dealt with any problems that might have come up in the house. You could include times they’ve gone above and beyond the call of duty, an instance you were pleased with how they’ve treat you as tenants, or maybe they’ve offered a great deal in the tenancy agreement.

To enter, simply write a post about your experience with your landlord on Facebook or Twitter - tag @JustLandlords in your post and use the hashtag #LandlordHero. Alternatively, if you have a blogging platform, you could link to it on your post. However you choose to submit, make sure to do it by the 30th of April 2018! The winner will be announced a couple of weeks later on 11th May, giving the Just Landlords team time to thoroughly consider each entry.
